The fastest way to get a useful answer

Send a photo of your dog standing side-on, plus whatever measurements you already have. From a side-on photo we can usually read the proportions ourselves and tell you the size, even if your numbers are rough. It saves you a tape measure and it saves both of us an exchange.

What to expect

• A person reads every message. Nothing here is answered by a bot.
• We reply the same business day, and usually much sooner.
• We'll say if we think the cart is wrong for your dog. Talking someone out of an order costs us less than shipping the wrong thing.
