Why we started WagWheels
A good wheelchair shouldn't cost more than the surgery you already couldn't afford.
We started WagWheels because the carts that actually work were priced at $400 to $700, and the ones people could afford were flimsy enough to be frightening. [Your reason — the dog, the diagnosis, the moment you looked at the prices and thought there had to be something in between.]
So we did the boring part properly instead: we obsess about the fit. Every order gets its measurements checked by a person before it ships, because a wheelchair that doesn't fit isn't a bargain at any price.
If you're somewhere in the middle of this right now — measurements in one hand, vet's words still ringing — message us. We'd genuinely rather talk you through it than sell you the wrong size.
We usually reply the same day. No sales pitch — send the measurements and we'll tell you honestly.
Free 90-day returns
If the fit isn't right, send it back. No restocking fee, no argument.
A real person checks your numbers
Send us your dog's measurements before you order and we'll confirm the size ourselves.
Adjusts as they change
Height, length and width all adjust at home — so the frame keeps fitting as your dog's condition changes.
