Our Story

What we actually do

We sell one thing, in two versions and four sizes, and we try to get the fit right. That's the whole business. There's no catalogue to pad out and no accessories to upsell you.

Why the fit obsession

Because it's where cheap carts fail. The frames in this price bracket aren't badly made so much as badly matched — a dog measured in a collapsed position ends up with a frame that sits too low, and the cart takes no weight at all. Every order here gets its measurements read by a person before it ships. If your numbers look unusual for your breed, we write to you rather than shipping and hoping.

What we won't tell you

• That a wheelchair treats, cures or reverses anything. It doesn't. It helps a dog keep moving, and a dog who keeps moving tends to keep their muscle and their interest in the day.
• That every dog takes to it instantly. Most need two or three short sessions. Some need a fortnight.
• That we know your dog better than your vet does. We fit wheelchairs. Anything about diagnosis, medication or surgery belongs with the person who has examined your dog.

Where we are

We run and operate across Canada and the United States. Orders are read and answered by a person, not a queue — the same person who checks your measurements before the cart ships.
