How quickly we dispatch

Orders are checked and dispatched within 2 business days. Before anything ships, a person here reads the measurements you gave us against the size you ordered — if something looks wrong for your dog, we write to you rather than sending it anyway. That check is the reason we exist, and it is why we say two days instead of one.

How long delivery takes

7 to 10 business days from dispatch, anywhere in the United States. Shipping is free on every order — no minimum, no expedited upsell, no surprise at checkout.

We don't ship outside the United States yet. If your dog needs a cart and you're somewhere else, write to us anyway; we'd rather point you toward someone who can help than leave you with nothing.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us. If nothing has moved 10 business days after that email, write to cgc@post.com and we'll chase it — you shouldn't have to.

If something goes wrong in transit

Damaged on arrival, or never turned up? Send us a photo and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or an exchange. We don't ask you to fight the courier on our behalf.

A note on timing

Once a parcel is with the carrier, its progress is out of our hands — weather, customs and carrier backlogs happen, and we can't be held to a date the carrier misses. What we can promise is that we dispatch on time and that we chase anything that stalls.

If your dog has just been diagnosed and you're counting days, say so in the order notes or write to us. We'll tell you honestly whether the timing works before you commit.
