Privacy policy

Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information WagWheels collects when you visit this store or place an order, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Any privacy question or request goes to cgc@post.com.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you give us. Your name, email address, shipping and billing address, order details, and anything you include in a message to us — including your dog's measurements and any photographs you send so we can confirm a size.
  • Payment information. Card and payment details are collected and processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store full card numbers.
  • Information collected automatically. Device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use it

  • To process, fulfil, ship and support your order.
  • To check that the size you ordered suits your dog before we ship it.
  • To answer your questions and provide customer support.
  • To send you the measuring guide or other emails you have asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any such email.
  • To operate, secure and improve the site, and to detect and prevent fraud.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with parties who need it to run this store:

  • Shopify, which hosts this store and processes orders on our behalf.
  • Our payment provider, to take payment and prevent fraud.
  • Shipping carriers and our fulfilment partner, to get your order to you.
  • Our email provider, where you have subscribed to emails from us.
  • Law enforcement, regulators or professional advisors, where we are legally required to share information or need to establish or defend a legal claim.

Some of these providers are located outside the country you live in, which means your information may be transferred and stored abroad.

4. Cookies and advertising

This site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, measure how the site is used, and in some cases to measure advertising. Depending on where you live, some of this activity may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under state privacy law. You can opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page.

If you visit with the Global Privacy Control signal enabled, we treat that as an opt-out request for the browser and device you are using.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to receive a copy of it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising. To exercise any of these, email cgc@post.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act, and we will respond within the period applicable law requires. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to support you and to meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations, and no longer. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

7. Children

This store is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority where they live. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, and our checkout is encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as card numbers by email.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The version published on this page is always the one in force.

10. Contact

For any privacy question or request, email cgc@post.com. Email is our only support channel at this time.
