Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Questions go to cgc@post.com.

1. Who we are

This store is operated by WagWheels ("WagWheels", "we", "us", "our"). We sell adjustable mobility wheelchairs for dogs. All correspondence is by email at cgc@post.com; we do not currently offer telephone support.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract, to place an order.

3. Products, descriptions and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs, illustrations and dimensions are provided to help you choose and are indicative rather than exact; minor variation in colour, finish and measurement is normal. Sizing recommendations, including any produced by our size finder, are guidance based on the information you give us and are not a guarantee of fit.

4. Not veterinary advice

Nothing on this site is veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment, and no statement here should be taken as one. A wheelchair is a mobility aid; it does not treat, cure, reverse or slow any medical condition. Decisions about your dog's health, diagnosis, medication, surgery, rehabilitation or suitability for a mobility device should be made with a licensed veterinarian who has examined your animal.

5. Safe use and supervision

You are responsible for fitting, adjusting and supervising the use of the product. A dog should never be left unattended in a wheelchair, should not sleep or rest in one, and should be introduced to it gradually. Do not use the product on stairs, in water deeper than the wheel hubs, in traffic, or in any way not described in the instructions. You accept the ordinary risks associated with animal mobility equipment.

6. Orders, pricing and availability

All prices are in US dollars. We try to keep pricing and stock accurate, but errors happen. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse, limit or cancel any order, including after an order confirmation has been sent, for example where a product was listed at an incorrect price, where stock is unavailable, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

An order confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we have received your order, not acceptance of it. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods.

7. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you supply.

8. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is governed by our shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: we ship within the United States only, shipping is free, orders are dispatched within 2 business days, and standard delivery is 7 to 10 business days from dispatch. That window is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date, and we are not responsible for delays arising after a parcel has been handed to the carrier.

9. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Returns are governed by our return and refund policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery for a full refund with no restocking fee; return authorisation must be obtained from us first; whether we provide or pay for a return label outside of our own fault is at our discretion; and where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the remedy we offer (replacement, exchange or refund) is at our discretion.

10. Content you send us

If you send us photographs, measurements or other material to help with sizing or support, you confirm you have the right to do so. We use that material to answer your enquiry and fulfil your order. We will not publish it, use it in marketing or share it publicly without your permission.

11. Intellectual property

The text, design, graphics and other content on this site are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data from it, or to submit false or misleading information.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly set out in these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with an order, the products, or your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or opportunity.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the product.

15. Third-party links and services

This site may link to third-party sites and relies on third-party services such as our payment provider and carriers. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties.

16. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these terms.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable in that province, and the courts located there have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere or requires that its own law apply.

19. General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our shipping, return and privacy policies, are the entire agreement between us regarding your use of the site and your order.
